ANRC Multivitamin
Hello everyone!
I was looking into multivitamins and was wondering if anyone uses lithium orotate? The Autism Nutrition Research Center out of Arizona created a multivitamin based on autism research etcetera. It includes L-Carnitine which was new for me and seems fine. But Lithium Orotate is also new and what I have read has me conflicted.
Greer - I did try to go through your IG and see if you ever discussed it but wasn't able to locate a reel. thx!

I haven't it isn't one that is used often just like any vitamin what works in one group might not work in another
