My son’s bloodwork came back with high B12 (1162) and slightly low ferritin. His homocysteine level was at a 4.7. I know that’s normal range but not ideal. He was taking Aspire Mutlivitamin up until about 3-4 weeks before the blood test. What could this indicate?
